When you receive the package, please confirm in front of the courier that the machine is not damaged and then confirm whether to sign for it If the box is damaged, please make a claim with the local logistics and report the following problems to us as soon as possible

1. Picture of damaged outer box

2. Pictures of damaged machines

3. The SN label on the side of the machine

Other third-party platforms, please contact the store where you purchased the machine directly for after-sales issues during the warranty period. Please understand that we can't provide free after-sales service for orders not placed in our store.
